Choose closed‑loop sampling into pressure‑rated cylinders with the Grab Sample Module (GSM), or streamline routine analysis with cost‑conscious collection into non-pressure containing bottles using the Liquid‑Only Sampling Module (GSL). Each sampling panel is engineered to be intuitive to operate, simple to maintain, and conveniently ordered as a single part number. Built throughout with Swagelok® tube fittings, every system is designed to promote leak‑tight performance and confidence in your sampling process.
Swagelok Louisiana offers 15 standardized grab sampling assembly designs engineered for safe, reliable sample collection. Each assembly is available in a wide range of configurations—with optional advanced features—to meet diverse application needs. Our local team designs, fabricates, and tests every module to ensure it arrives fully assembled and ready for installation. For added safety and ease of use, grab sample panels include clearly printed instructions positioned directly next to the sampling cylinders.
A sample cylinder is required for every GSM system and is ordered separately when purchasing a new GSM. Sample cylinder assemblies—referred to as Grab Sample Cylinders (GSCs)—are available in multiple configurations.
GSC options include:
Standard cylinder sizes: 150, 300, 400, 500, and 1000 cm³
Multiple cylinder and valve material options
Configurations with or without a purge bypass tube
Choice of quick connects
Optional outage tubes, rupture discs, and handles
Cylinder treatments and certifications
Stem and body protectors
Internal surface finishes, including: PTFE‑coated inner wall
SilcoNert® coating
Electropolished inner diameter
Additional customization options available
Swagelok’s closed‑loop ammonia sampling solution is designed to elevate safety, consistency, and confidence in your sampling process. The Swagelok® ammonia sampler enables reliable liquid ammonia sampling at or near its boiling point, helping verify minimum water content while minimizing operator exposure. Installed directly at the sample point, this streamlined design eliminates the need to transport ammonia samples through the facility—reducing risk, simplifying workflows, and supporting safer, more efficient operations.
